There’s nothing quite like the feeling of getting a place of your own, whether it’s a house or an apartment. Your first set of couches, which are probably a hand-me-down from an older sibling or parents, but they’re free! Then there’s the television, the bedroom furniture, the kitchenware – so many supplies! Many of us start out with quite an eclectic array of kitchen items including a lot of odds and ends for pots and pans. I remember my first set of pots, though I don’t know that you could quite call them a set. I had an old nonstick skillet, a couple of miscellaneous saucepans without covers, and a big stockpot from my parents.
